Community Notice: Former KMART COVID-19 Community Assessment Center Closed Friday for Vaccination Transition
Testing hours at remaining two community assessment centers change to 8:00 am -2:00 pm Monday April 12.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 7, 2021) – The COVID-19 Community Assessment Center at the site of the Former Kmart, located at 2491 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville TN 37217 will be closed Friday, April 9, 2021 as Metro Nashville Public Health and Meharry Medical College reconfigure the testing site to offer COVID-19 Vaccinations starting Monday, April 12, 2021.
The community assessment centers located at Nissan Stadium Lot “N” and Meharry Medical College will be open from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Friday April 9.
Beginning Monday, April 12 the hours for testing at Nissan Stadium Lot “N” and Meharry Medical College will be 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Vaccinations at the Former Kmart will also be available from 8:00 am -2:00 pm, by appointment only. Metro Public Health will share information related to scheduling a vaccination at the site.
The Community Assessment System also includes the COVID-19 Hotline. The Hotline number is 615-862-7777 and will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week in both Spanish and English.
